This form is for charities, organisations or individuals to use when applying to Somer Valley Rotary Club for financial assistance.

In the event that funds are awarded, we welcome feedback from grant beneficiaries concerning the progress of their project, which may then be posted to our website, news and social media pages.

Please complete all applicable sections:

Applicant Details: Name and address, including (for organisations) registered name and postcode.

Organisation background: Brief information about the charity, school, social enterprise or community group.

Contact information: The name, position, telephone number and email of the main contact person for the application.

Reference: Provide contact information for a person who can support the application. This could be another member of the organisation, trustee, group leader etc.

Target beneficiaries and outcome: Who the project serves and the positive outcome for them.

Budget: Costs for the project with anticipated timeline.

Any other information or comments: For example, have other local Rotary clubs also been approached?
